OVERVIEW

Your full day tour of both the Cape Winelands and Whale coast is an incredible experience and value for money. You visit the Historical town of Stellenbosch, a boutique winery and taste the Cape’s finest wines. There after we follow the Southern Cape coast along the spectacular Clarence Drive on our way to Betty’s bay and visit Africa’s largest penguin colony. Next is the charming town of Hermanus known for as the world’s best land based whale watching spot between the months June to December.

Day 1

Your private guide will drive you to Stellenbosch, a fertile area of vines which replaced the wildlife & nomadic Khoisan peoples who had lived there undisturbed for millennia

Today, Stellenbosch is known for its beautiful architecture, renowned wines & famous university.
On a wine farm, surrounded by mountains taste the wonderful vintage’s including Pinotage which is S.A’s own unique cultivar.
We leave Cape Town and head for the spectacular Clarence Drive on our way to Betty’s bay where we visit Africa’s largest penguin colony.
Next is the charming town of Hermanus known for the world’s best land based whale watching between the months June to December.
Returning to Cape Town over the vast Helderberg mountain range which separates Cape Town from the South African interior
Whilst in Cape Town all optional activities will be offered to you at our preferential rates, discounted at around 20%. They include: Helicopter flips, Hot air ballooning, Shark cage diving, Whale cruises and more.
