Spring flowers abound in August particularly here. A flamingo population live in the salt marshes, African Penguins, Oyster catchers and Gannets breed here. We stop for lunch in the National Park amongst the wildlife and along the lagoon where Gerry your guide will make you a delicious “skottel braai”(barbeque lunch). Next stop is the famous Fossil Park, known to fossil enthusiasts worldwide.
