Ride the cable car to the top of Table Mountain & wonder at the beauty of the Cape Peninsula, Cape Town & the Atlantic seaboard below you, see Cape Town’s historic sights & places such as the Dutch East Indian Company Garden’s, the Castle of Good Hope, the Benches, the Cape Malay Quarter, District 6, the Mandela statue at City Hall & Greenmarket Square. Visit the noon gun on the slopes of Signal Hill as it sounds the mid day hour, it is the worlds oldest canon, still in daily action.
After lunch (optional), visit Blouberg where you can enjoy a “postcard” view of Table Mountain, Robben Island & Table Bay. Visit S.A.’s oldest & most historical Wine Estate, Groot Constantia view the Manor House. Time permitting you will be taken to the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, which are a World Heritage Site & home to the largest selection of endemic flora in the world, it is a most beautiful piece of paradise.
